Who runs this site

PhotoWalk ATL (photowalkatl.com) is a free calendar of Atlanta photo walks, meetups and film events, published by bnp. Creations. This page explains what information the site collects and what happens to it.

What we collect

Email address. When you subscribe to the newsletter, we store your email address and the page you signed up on. The newsletter is sent with our own mailing tool, delivered through Amazon SES.

Form submissions. When you send a correction, a listing, an event or an inquiry through a form on this site, we store what you send, including any contact details you include, so we can act on it and reply.

Payments. Sponsors pay through Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and are never seen or stored by this site.

Server logs. Like any website, hosting logs record requests, timestamps and approximate location at the level of a city. We do not run third-party advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.

How it is used

Your email address is used to send the newsletter you asked for, and nothing else. Form submissions are used to fix listings, add content and answer inquiries. If you unsubscribe, your address is marked unsubscribed and receives no further mail.

Unsubscribing and deletion

Every newsletter email carries an unsubscribe link that works in one click, with no login. To have your information deleted entirely, email us at the address on the support page and we will remove it.
