The service

PhotoWalk ATL is a free, independent publication from bnp. Creations. Listings are gathered from public and official sources and checked before they appear, but details such as prices, deadlines, rules and dates change without notice. Always confirm the current details on the official source linked from each listing before you pay, enter, book or travel. Nothing on this site is legal advice.

Sponsored and featured placements

Businesses may pay for featured placement on this site and for sponsored picks in its newsletter, at the rates published on the site's sponsor page. Three rules never change:

• Paid placements are always labeled as featured or (sponsored).
• Paying never changes a rating, a confirmed price, a rights note, or the natural order of listings.
• Every placement is reviewed before it runs. If a placement is declined, the payment is refunded in full.

Founding sponsors keep their starting rate for 12 months. Rates for new sponsors double when a newsletter list passes 500 subscribers or the site passes 5,000 visits in 30 days, as stated on the sponsor page. Monthly placements renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid month.

Submissions

By sending a correction, listing, event or photo through a form on this site, you give us permission to publish it on the site and in the newsletter, with credit where you provide a name. Do not submit material you do not have the right to share.

Liability

The site is provided as is. We work to keep listings accurate and current, but we are not responsible for decisions made from listing information, or for the conduct of third parties linked from the site.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. We may update this page; the version posted here is the current one.
